Two new $q$-supercongruences arising from Carlitz's identity

Abstract
From Carlitz's identity, we deduce two new -supercongruences modulo the square of a cyclotomic polynomial, which were originally conjectured by Guo. These results establish new -analogues of a supercongruence of Sun.
