Top Ten Models Constrained by b to s gamma

Abstract
The radiative decay b to s gamma is examined in the Standard Model and in nine classes of models which contain physics beyond the Standard Model. The constraints which may be placed on these models from the recent results of the CLEO Collaboration on both inclusive and exclusive radiative decays is summarized. Reasonable bounds are found for the parameters in some cases.
