The Submm Extragalactic Background. Star formation history of the Universe

Abstract
The recently discovered Submillimeter Extragalactic Background (submm EB) has opened new perspectives on our understanding of galaxy evolution. We detail in this paper one of the major cosmological consequences of this discovery, the submm luminosity density history of the Universe.
