Invited talk at Kaon 2001, June 2001, Pisa (Italy), 8 pages. Revised version correcting the sign mistake in the hadronic light-by-light contributions and adding new references. The present discrepancy between the SM and experiment is (23.1 +- 16.9) 10^{-10}
