The quiver of an affine monoid

Representation Theory 2021-06-21 v2 Combinatorics Rings and Algebras

Abstract

If RR is a finite commutative ring, then the affine monoid of RR is the monoid of all affine mappings xax+bx\mapsto ax+b on RR. Alternatively, it is the semidirect product of the multiplicative monoid of RR with the additive group of RR. In this paper we compute the Gabriel quiver of the complex algebra of the affine monoid of any finite commutative ring.
