Using the experimental upper bound on the neutron EDM and experimental result on b→sγ branching ratio we have calculated CP asymmetry and Γ2HDM(b→sl+l−)/ΓSM(b→sl+l−). It is shown that in the invariant dilepton mass q2 region (mψ′2+0.2GeV2)<q2<mb2 the CP asymmetry is maximal and quite detectable.
