The Bethe-Salpeter equation and the low energy theorems for $\pi N$ scattering

Abstract
The Bethe-Salpeter (BS) amplitude for scattering is evaluated at the off mass shell points corresponding to the Low Energy Theorems (LET) based on PCAC and current algebra. The results suggest a way of maintaining consistency between BS equation and LET.
