T violation in $\Lambda_b\to \Lambda\ell^+\ell^-$ decays with polarized $\Lambda$

Abstract
We study the T violating effects in the baryonic decays of with polarized . We show that the transverse polarizations in these baryonic decays could be as large as 50% in CP violating theories beyond the standard model such as the SUSY models, which can be tested in various future hadron colliders.
