The CP violating asymmetry between the partial decay rates of H+→W+h0 and H−→W−h0 is calculated at one-loop level in MSSM with complex parameters. The dependence on the phases of Aτ and M1 is discussed. Different values of tanβ are considered. The asymmetry is up to the order of 10−2.
