Supersymmetric Hints from Precision Electroweak Data?

High Energy Physics - Phenomenology 2007-05-23 v1

Abstract

The Standard Model does not provide a very good fit to the most recent precision electroweak data from LEP, due primarily to the observed branching ratios for ZZ decay to bbˉb\bar b and ccˉc\bar c. The possibility that an extension of the Standard Model with low-energy supersymmetry can improve the agreement between data and theory is considered.
