Abstract
We analyze production of soft neutrons () in deep inelastic scattering and conclude that the recent E-665 data indicate strong suppression of the final state interactions in DIS at high energies. Hence we suggest that studies of the energy dependence of the soft neutrons yields would provide a sensitive probe of the dynamics of the final state interactions in DIS.
