Singularity categories and singular loci of certain quotient singularities

Abstract

Let VV be a finite dimensional kk-vector space, where kk is an algebraic closed field of characteristic zero. Let GSL(V)G \subseteq \mathrm{SL}(V) be a finite abelian group, and denote by SS the GG-invariant subring of the polynomial ring k[V]k[V]. It is shown that the singularity category Dsg(S)D_{sg}(S) recovers the reduced singular locus of Spec(S)\mathrm{Spec}(S).
