Abstract
In this review talk I summarize theoretical expectations for properties of hybrid mesons and baryons, and discuss the prospects for identifying these states experimentally. This is an expanded version of an Invited Contribution to the Conference on Exclusive Reactions at High Momentum Transfers, Marciana Marina, Elba, Italy, 24-26 June 1993.
