Shintani cocycles of p-adic measures

Abstract
We apply the constructions of "The p-adic Shintani cocycle" to the Shintani cocycle of Charollois-Dasgupta-Greenberg, obtaining cocycles on arithmetic subgroups of GL_n(Q$ valued in maps from "deformation vectors" R^n-Q^n to p-adic measures.

v2: Fixed a substantial error in the previous version, which overlooked the GL_n-action on the module of deformation vectors of Charollois-Dasgupta-Greenberg. Added an improved exposition of the Solomon-Hu pairing and an appendix with proofs. As before, comments are welcome!
