Semidistributive Laurent Series Rings

Abstract
If is a ring with automorphism and the skew Laurent series ring is a right semidistributive semilocal ring then is a right semidistributive right Artinian ring. The Laurent series ring is a right semidistributive semilocal ring if and only if is a right semidistributive right Artinian ring.
