Scenarios for LHC/FCC Based Gamma-Proton Colliders

Abstract
The advantage of the linac-ring type electron proton collider is that it allows for the straightforward construction of p collider. In a p collider high energy photons can be generated from Compton backscattering of laser photons off electrons from a linear accelerator. In this study main parameters of photon-proton colliders based on some future electron linear accelerator projects and protons supplied form LHC or FCC are evaluated.
