Abstract

We classify the types of root systems RR in the rings of integers of number fields KK such that the Weyl group W(R)W(R) lies in the group L(K)\mathcal L(K) generated by Aut(K){\rm Aut} (K) and multiplications by the elements of KK^*. We also classify the Weyl groups of roots systems of rank nn which are isomorphic to a subgroup of L(K)\mathcal L(K) for a number field KK of degree nn over Q\mathbb Q.
