Regularization of Rational Group Actions

Abstract
We give a modern proof of the Regularization Theorem of Andr\'e Weil which says that for every rational action of an algebraic group on a variety there exist a variety with a regular action of and a -equivariant birational map . Moreover, we show that a rational action of on an affine variety with the property that each from a dense subgroup of induces a regular automorphism of , is a regular action.
