Rashba coupling in quantum dots in the presence of magnetic field

Abstract
We present an analytical solution to the Schr\"odinger equation for electron in a two-dimensional circular quantum dot in the presence of both external magnetic field and the Rashba spin-orbit interaction. The confinement is described by the realistic potential well of finite depth.
