Abstract
The impact of Lorentz violating (LV) terms on the exclusive production in ultraperipheral heavy-ion collisions at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is investigated, considering vectorial and axial couplings. Results for the differential and total cross-sections are presented, and the sensitivity to a time-like coupling is estimated. Our results indicate that this process can improve the current upper bounds on the LV terms.
