Pebbling on Jahangir graphs

Combinatorics 2017-05-02 v1

Abstract

The pebbling number of a graph GG, f(G)f(G), is the least pp such that, however pp pebbles are placed on the vertices of GG, we can move a pebble to any vertex by a sequence of moves, each move taking two pebbles off one vertex and placing one on an adjacent vertex. In this paper, we will show the pebbling number of Jahangir graphs Jn,mJ_{n,m} with nn even, m8m\geq8.
