Parametrization of Neutrino Mixing Matrix in Tri-bimaximal Mixing Pattern

Abstract

The neutrino mixing matrix is expanded in powers of a small parameter λ\lambda in tri-bimaximal mixing pattern. We also present some applications of this parametrization, such as to the expression of the Jarlskog parameter JJ. Comparing with other parametrizations (such as the parametrization in bimaximal mixing pattern), this parametrization converges more quickly, but is of less symmetry.
