On the Construction for Quantum Code ((n,K, d))p via Logic Function over Fp

Abstract

This paper studies the construction for quantum codes with parameters ((n,K,d))p((n,K,d))_{p} by use of an \textit{n}-variable logic function with APC distance d2d'\ge 2 over Fp{\rm {\mathbb F}}_{p} , where dd is related to dd'. We obtain ddd\le d' and the maximal KK for all d=dkd=d'-k, 0kd20\le k\le d'-2. We also discuss the basic states and the equivalent conditions of saturating quantum Singleton bound.
