On sets of $n$ points in general position that determine lines that can be pierced by $n$ points

Abstract
Let be a set of points in general position in the plane. Let be a set of points disjoint from such that for every the line through and contains a point in outside of the segment delimited by and . We show that must be contained in a cubic curve.
