On linear evolution equations with cylindrical L\'evy noise

Abstract
We study an infinite-dimensional Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process in a given Hilbert space . This is driven by a cylindrical symmetric L\'evy process without a Gaussian component and taking values in a Hilbert space which usually contains . We give if and only if conditions under which takes values in for some or for all . Moreover, we prove irreducibility for .
