On foundations of Poincar\'{e}-gauged theory of gravity

Abstract

Foundations of the Poincar\'{e}-gauge theory of gravity are developed. It is shown that the Poincar\'{e}-gauge field consists of two components: the translational gauge field (tt-field), which is generated by the energy-momentum current of external fields, and the rotational gauge field (rr-field), which is generated by the sum of the angular and spin momentum currents of external fields. Therefore, a physical field generated by the angular momentum of a rotating mass should exist.
