On blow-ups of sets with finite fractional variation

Analysis of PDEs 2025-11-14 v2 Functional Analysis

Abstract

Given α(0,1)\alpha\in(0,1) and a set ERNE\subset\mathbb{R}^N with locally finite fractional α\alpha-variation, we show that for Dα1E|D^\alpha\mathbf 1_E|-a.e. xx, every non-trivial tangent set of EE at xx with locally finite integer perimeter is a half-space oriented by the fractional inner unit normal of EE at xx.
