On automorphisms of the symmetrized bidisc

Abstract

We characterize the group Aut⁡(G2)\operatorname{Aut}(\mathbb G_2) for the symmetrized bidisc G2:={(λ1+λ2,λ1λ2):∣λ1∣,∣λ2∣<1}⊂setC2\mathbb G_2:=\{(\lambda_1+\lambda_2,\lambda_1\lambda_2):|\lambda_1|,|\lambda_2|<1\}\sub set\mathbb C^2.
