Nonperturbative QCD efects in weak hadronic decays

Abstract
QCD-based analysis of nonfactorizable parts of weak nonleptonic amplitudes is reported. Nonperturbative effects due to soft gluon exchange play a key role leading to the emergence of a dynamical rule of discarding corrections.
