Nonperturbative Evaluation of the Sphaleron Transition Rate

Abstract
We review nonperturbative calculations of the rate of sphaleron transitions on the lattice in -dimensional field theories and introduce a way to perform the gauge-invariant Gibbs averages in the classical non-Abelian Higgs theories.
