Abstract
Normally one plots separation energies and as a function of neutron number for a particular proton number or plot and as a function of for a particular . Here we plot the separation energies a little differently: and as a function of for a particular . The same with and as a function of N for a particular Z. A systematic study of these new plots brings out certain very interesting generic features which clearly indicate presence of triton ("t") and helion ("h") clustering in nuclei.
