Nanolensed fast Radio Bursts

High Energy Astrophysical Phenomena 2017-12-13 v1

Abstract

It is suggested that fast radio bursts can probe gravitational lensing by clumpy dark matter objects that range in mass from 103M10^{-3}M_{\odot} to 102M10^2 M_{\odot}. They may provide a more sensitive probe than observations of lensing of objects in the Magellanic Clouds, and could find or rule out clumpy dark matter with an extended mass spectrum.
