Mild parametrizations of power-subanalytic sets

Abstract

We obtain two uniform parametrization theorems for families of bounded sets definable in RanR\mathbb R_{an}^{\mathbb R}. Let X={Xt(0,1)ntT}X = \{X_t \subset (0,1)^n \mid t \in T\} be a definable family of sets XtX_t of dimension at most mm. Firstly, XtX_t admits a CrC^r-parametrization consisting of crmcr^m maps for some positive constant c=c(X)c = c(X), which is uniform in tt. Secondly, XtX_t admits a CC-mild parametrization for any C>1C>1, which is also uniform in tt.
