Measuring the Higgs Boson Yukawa Couplings at an NLC

We investigate the inclusive production of the Higgs boson with a heavy quark pair, $t {\bar t}$ or $b {\bar b}$, in e^+e^- collisions at high energy. The ${\cal O}(\alpha_s)$ QCD corrections are included.
