Abstract
We consider the propagation of charge carriers in planar graphene under the combined influence of a constant transversal magnetic field and an in-plane varying electric potential . By suitably designing the potential landscape , we may effectively steer charge carriers generated by photo-excitation, for example, in order to achieve an efficient charge separation. These finding may pave the way for transport schemes or photoelectric/photovoltaic applications.
