This paper has been withdrawn by the author due to the limitation of the theoratical model in this version and a crucial error in the experiment part. The model has been updated and extended to most Metal-Organic Frameworks with Antiferromagnetic Dimeric-Cu(II) Building Units. Moreover, the corresponding experiment also has been updated
