$L^2$ decay for the linearized Landau equation with the specular boundary condition

Abstract
In this paper, we develop an alternative approach to establish the decay estimate for the linearized Landau equation in a bounded domain with specular boundary condition. The proof is based on the methodology of proof by contradiction motivated by [Guo, Comm. Pure Appl. Math., 55(9):1104-1135, 2002] and [Guo, Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal., 197(3):713-809, 2010].
