Joule-Thomson expansion of the torus-like black hole

Abstract

In this paper, we study Joule-Thomson effects for the torus-like black hole. The Joule-Thomson coefficients, the inversion curves and the isenthalpic curves are studied. Furthermore, we investigate similarities and differences between the Van der Waals fluid, the torus-like black hole and the charged AdS black holes for the expansion. The isenthalpic curves in the TPT-P plane are obtained. Moreover, we determine the cooling-heating regions.
