Indications for Large Rescattering in Rare B Decays

Abstract
The sign of , the evidence for , and the possibly sizable and in all suggest that final state rescattering may be needed in decay, which is echoed by large color suppressed modes. An SU(3) formalism of rescattering in final states leads to interesting predictions, in particular allowing for small .
