Abstract
The highly disordered metals dropped into Ioffe-Regel transport regime at low temperatures match unexpectedly the hydrodynamic criteria of the shortest length scale entered the kinematic viscosity. Numerous hydrodynamic phenomena, therefore, could be of reality in this case.
