Comments
This revision corrects the oversight of $D_8$ in the summary of groups with 10 subgroups. This changes the 10th term in the sequence of groups with $G = \widetilde{G}$ from 8 to 9 and the 10th term in the (OEIS) full sequence of similarity classes from 11 to 12. The error was found by Betz and Nash
