Abstract
This paper investigates scalar field perturbations coupled to the Einstein tensor of non-commutative black holes . We compute the grey-body factors and absorption cross-sections for different choices of the parameters using the partial wave method , and verify the latest correspondence between grey-body factors and quasinormal modes. The results show that larger values of the non-commutativity parameter and the coupling constant introduced in this model lead to smaller absorption cross-sections. Furthermore, we find that this correspondence is accurate for non-commutative black holes in the limit of large angular momentum quantum number .
