Global $+$-regularity of regular del Pezzo surfaces in mixed characteristic

Abstract

Let R=W(k)R = W(k) be the ring of Witt vectors over an algebraically closed field kk of characteristic p>2p > 2. Let MM be a three-dimensional regular integral flat projective RR-scheme such that H0(M,OM)=RH^0(M,\mathcal{O}_M) = R and the anticanonical sheaf ωM1\omega_M^{-1} is ample. We show that MM is globally ++-regular if the closed fiber MkM_k is reduced.
