$G$-reconstruction of graphs

Abstract

Let GG be a group of permutations acting on an nn-vertex set VV, and XX and YY be two simple graphs on VV. We say that XX and YY are GG-isomorphic if YY belongs to the orbit of XX under the action of GG. One can naturally generalize the reconstruction problems so that when GG is SnS_n, the symmetric group, we have the usual reconstruction problems. In this paper, we study GG-edge reconstructibility of graphs. We prove some old and new results on edge reconstruction and reconstruction from end vertex deleted subgraphs.
