Experimental Implications of Large CP Violation and Final State Interactions in the Search for $D^0\bar{D^0}$ Mixing

High Energy Physics - Phenomenology 2009-10-28 v2

Abstract

We discuss the implications of CP violation as well as final state interaction phases in the experimental search for D0Dˉ0D^0-\bar{D}^0 mixing. At the present level of sensitivity, these are not yet a significant systematic experimental limitation.
