Abstract
In this paper, we give a geometric expression for the multiplicities of the equivariant index of a spin-c Dirac operator.

The authors have decided to divide the preprint "Multiplicities of equivariant Spin-c Dirac operators" into two separate publications. The present paper is the first of them. The other part is the preprint arXiv:1512.02367 entitled "Admissible orbits for compact Lie group"
