Abstract
A new way of understanding the non local correlation effects observed in the 'Twin Photon' EPR experiment is presented. The theory is based on a vector version of the Kuramoto sychronisation for coupled non linear oscillators. EPR correlation is obtained without the use of superluminal signals. Bell's inequality is used to confirm that the local theory developed can still violate the inequality resolving the non local nature of the correlation.
