Abstract

Let KK be a number field, let AA be a finite-dimensional semisimple KK-algebra, and let Λ\Lambda be an OK\mathcal{O}_{K}-order in AA. We give practical algorithms that determine whether Λ\Lambda has stably free cancellation (SFC). As an application, we determine all finite groups GG of order at most 383383 such that the integral group ring Z[G]\mathbb{Z}[G] has SFC.
