Abstract

Predicted earlier, microcracks on the crystal surface of both finely dispersed LiYF4LiYF_4 powders and single crystals of the Van Vleck paramagnet % LiTmF_4 were detected by using the NMR Cryoporometry and Atomic-Force Microscopy technique.
