Depth formula via complete intersection flat dimension

Abstract

We prove the depth formula, for homologically bounded complexes X,YX, Y provided that the complete intersection flat dimension of XX is finite and sup(X\utpRY)<\sup(X\utp_RY)<\infty. In particular, let MM and NN are two RR-modules and the complete intersection flat dimension of MM is finite. Then MM and NN satisfies the depth formula, provided \ToriR(M,N)=0\Tor^R_i(M,N)=0 for all i1i\ge 1.
